Here at Stork & Stork Baby we want the customer to have the same smooth, great customer service as they do in our actual shop front. Because the labels we have are only the best of the best labels, we have all confidence in those items that you will be 100% happy.

However if for whatever reason you are unhappy with something, it doesn’t fit or simply isn’t what you’d expected we will happily take it back for an exchange or refund so long as it is in original condition with original tags and receipt in place, and that the return is made within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to exchange a product for any other reason other than the item being damaged or faulty, you must pay for all freight costs. Goods must be returned back in the original state with the original tags attached to the items, unwork and undamaged within 14 days. Strictly no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Please contact us by phone or email as soon as you receive your purchase if you would like to return or exchange something and we will be happy to make arrangements. Refunds will only be given for the value of the item, not including the initial cost of shipping the item to the customer.
